Airmé is a precision airflow device that transforms standard home ovens into accurate, low-temperature cooking systems for proofing, dehydrating, and air sous-vide. The idea emerged while our founder was working at one of the top bakeries in the U.S., where professional-grade proofers were essential for achieving consistent, high-quality results—tools that are largely inaccessible to home bakers.
Existing consumer options are often bulky, imprecise, or limited in capacity, despite the fact that most kitchens already contain an underutilized thermal enclosure: the oven. Airmé is built on the belief that better cooking doesn’t require more appliances, but smarter use of the ones we already have.
After multiple generations of functional prototypes and beta testing with early users, we are currently refining the design for manufacturing, targeting initial production in late 2026.
